Brian is the Agency Principal and oversees all agency operations at Hastings Insurance Agency. He started his career in insurance in 2000 working with Farmers Insurance Group. In 2013, he left Farmers Insurance to take over business operations at Hastings Insurance Agency, LLC. In 2017, Brian took a short leave from the insurance industry to become a teacher. He spent 4 years teaching math and science at James C. Neill Elementary school in Richmond, TX. He returned to oversee all agency operations at Hastings Insurance Agency in the summer of 2022. Brian's passion for serving the community and the integrity which he brings to the role means you can be confident that he is always working with your best interests in mind.
Ethan has always wanted to become an entrepreneur. He has a strong work ethic and his compassion for helping others has made him stand out among his peers and teachers. He currently holds a 3.5 GPA and is a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist. His current role has him learning the day-to-day operations of running and owning an insurance agency.
Ben is currently a senior at Tompkins High School in Katy, TX. He is currently focusing on graphic design and digital upskilling for the agency. To help better serve our clients, Ben will focus on ensuring the agency is current with the latest technology in business development, so our agency can prioritize continuous learning and exploration of emerging trends and innovations.
